What you will do

• Lead AI implementation projects from initial kickoff to final deployment.
• Serve as a technical product expert and evangelist for customer success teams.
• Configure and tailor AI workflows within company tools to meet specific customer business goals.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and influence long-term AI strategy.
• Solve complex system integration challenges creatively.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with technical and non-technical client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of client-facing experience in technical implementation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Technical background or mindset, such as a CS degree, experience in math/stats, or proven ability to build with low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong project leadership skills with a track record of independently managing complex solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for tinkering and creative problem-solving.
• Deep curiosity about AI and personal experience building or working with AI tools.
