What you will do

• Lead risk assessments and compliance activities for AI/ML systems, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Develop and refine AI risk controls aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Execute third-party risk assessments for AI vendors and machine learning platforms.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities related to AI system governance.
• Facilitate reporting on AI risk posture, control effectiveness, and compliance trends for leadership.
• Monitor emerging AI governance requirements and translate them into actionable GRC program updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Demonstrated experience assessing risks for AI/ML systems, including LLM integrations.
• Understanding of translating technical AI risks like data leakage and model misuse into documented controls.
• Experience mapping risks to frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or ISO 42001.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or AIGP.
