What you will do
- Manage assortment planning and allocation based on channel-specific performance and sales targets.
- Develop new assortment strategies for the online shop.
- Track weekly performance metrics including sell-out, stock levels, and returns.
- Perform demand forecasting in collaboration with B2C channels.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across all omnichannel platforms.
- Support product roll-outs into new regions including IMEA, Japan, USA, and Canada.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in merchandise planning within an e-commerce or omnichannel environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and planning platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales metrics and inventory KPIs.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Collaborative mindset for working in a fast-paced environment.
