What you will do
- Develop and implement a unified go-to-market strategy to drive revenue and strengthen global market positioning.
- Lead and scale enterprise sales operations, overseeing pipeline management and revenue forecasting for long-term contracts.
- Build and scale systematic lead generation engines while monitoring key performance metrics like CPL, CAC, and ROMI.
- Develop and execute global PR strategies and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Establish clear SLAs between marketing and sales to ensure transparent reporting and optimized funnel performance.
- Take financial ownership of marketing budgets and plan resource allocation to maximize overall revenue contribution.
Requirements
- Strong strategic expertise with proven experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital industries.
- Demonstrable success in managing multiple business units and scaling revenue through internal teams.
- Deep understanding of B2B and enterprise sales, including experience with complex deals and long sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels and industry-standard performance metrics.
- Proven ability to build and strengthen an expert company brand positioning and manage industry events.
