TL;DR

Community Lead (Gamedev): Owning the player relationship and communication strategy for theHunter: Call of the Wild with an accent on balancing strategic leadership and hands-on community engagement. Focus on bridging the gap between audience feedback and production, managing community operations, and translating sentiment into actionable insights for the development team.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: office presence required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Refine and execute the community strategy across Discord, Steam, Reddit, and social platforms.
• Manage community operations, including budget oversight and line management of two Community Managers.
• Develop frameworks to translate player feedback into insights for marketing and development teams.
• Own feedback loops, including closed playtests and the player feedback platform, Avahub.
• Oversee high-quality content production and livestreams in collaboration with the Campaign Manager.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in community management within the gaming industry in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven track record of working with Premium Live games and deep familiarity with Discord, Steam, and Reddit.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive strategic operations.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn complex sentiment into clear, influential narratives.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office on required days.
