ABOUT US VizionMenu is a fast-growing Canadian startup based in Montreal, building next-generation digital experiences for restaurants. We specialize in high-end, animated, conversion-focused websites that elevate restaurant brands and directly impact their revenue. Our mission is simple: 👉 Turn ordinary restaurant websites into premium digital experiences that sell. We are scaling aggressively and aiming to deliver 10+ high-quality websites per month. To achieve this, we are looking for a top-tier Webflow Developer who can move fast, think creatively, and execute at a high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop modern, high-end restaurant websites using Webflow
• Transform existing branding into premium digital experiences (layout, animations, interactions)
• Build fully responsive, fast, and conversion-optimized websites
• Create smooth animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience
• Work closely with our internal team to deliver projects quickly and efficiently
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining top quality standards
• Use AI tools and smart workflows to maximize speed and output
• Continuously improve execution speed without compromising design quality

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to create visually impressive, modern, premium websites
• Strong design sense (layout, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy)
• Experience with animations and interactions in Webflow
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable handling a high-volume workflow (multiple projects per week)
• Familiarity with Figma
• Good understanding of English (written and reading)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and autonomy

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience building restaurant or food-related websites
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS and dynamic content
• Experience with performance optimization and SEO basics
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate production
