Frontend Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Consulting with enterprise customers to implement and customize high-quality, accessible frontend interfaces for an AI-native employee experience platform with an accent on UI/UX, frontend styling, and modern web architectures. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable frontend solutions, leading customer workshops, and bridging the gap between product capabilities and customer-specific branding needs.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid role)

What you will do

Act as a technical and design advisor for enterprise customers throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
Design and develop custom frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Lead customer workshops to define implementation roadmaps and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality UI/UX styling and frontend configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Customer Success Managers to influence product usability.
Provide expert guidance on theming, layout strategies, and component-based architectures.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in frontend development, technical consulting, or professional services.
Business-fluent German and English proficiency required.
Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React ecosystem.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD and knowledge of Tailwind CSS.
Deep commitment to Accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles.
Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects and stakeholder expectations.

Nice to have

Experience with JSON, XML, and API-driven data architectures.
Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Background in Visual Communication or Interaction Design.
