Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Act as a technical and design advisor for enterprise customers throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
- Design and develop custom frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Lead customer workshops to define implementation roadmaps and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality UI/UX styling and frontend configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Customer Success Managers to influence product usability.
- Provide expert guidance on theming, layout strategies, and component-based architectures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, technical consulting, or professional services.
- Business-fluent German and English proficiency required.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React ecosystem.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD and knowledge of Tailwind CSS.
- Deep commitment to Accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects and stakeholder expectations.
Nice to have
- Experience with JSON, XML, and API-driven data architectures.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Background in Visual Communication or Interaction Design.
