What you will do
- Own product features from definition and design refinement to technical implementation and launch.
- Act as a technical partner to product and design, influencing scope, sequencing, and UX tradeoffs.
- Architect, build, and maintain frontend systems using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Implement performant, scalable UI patterns with a focus on component reuse and maintainability.
- Design and optimize SSR strategies and integrate with backend services like Firebase Auth.
- Surface technical risks early and lead by example in code quality and testing standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js in production.
- Strong command of Tailwind CSS and modern component patterns.
- Solid understanding of SSR concepts and performance optimization strategies.
- Experience integrating authentication and backend services like Firebase Auth.
- Strong product intuition and ability to reason about UX and technical tradeoffs.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
- Familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience with cloud deployment pipelines such as Amplify.
