What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customer manual and automated testing requirements.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using Tosca.
• Create comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and metrics reports.
• Execute manual and automated tests and perform risk coverage analysis.
• Review functional and non-functional specifications.
• Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/testing experience.
• Hands-on Tosca automation experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proficiency in test management tools like qTest or ALM.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, SQL, and database validation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience in highly regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
