What you will do

• Onboard and migrate client workloads to hirify.global Cloud
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex customer infrastructure deployments
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration
• Provide technical guidance to clients navigating next-gen cloud environments
• Collaborate with product teams to drive roadmap improvements based on real-world adoption
• Support infrastructure reliability using Linux and container-based tooling

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe (CET ±2hrs)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux systems, and containerized architectures
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD design
• Strong background in debugging and performance optimization
• Versatility across runtimes and languages including Rust, Go, Python, and C++
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing collaboration

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OCI standards, QEMU/KVM, Firecracker, or Cloud-Hypervisor
• Direct previous experience in a customer-facing engineering role
