What you will do

  • Analyze player behavior including cohort analysis, segmentation, and friction point identification.
  • Design, execute, and interpret results from A/B tests to optimize game economy and features.
  • Build and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Develop predictive models and formulate hypotheses to drive product growth.
  • Define analytics requirements for in-game events and ensure data quality.
  • Prepare research presentations to communicate complex insights clearly.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a Product Analyst in gamedev or digital products.
  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis.
  • Experience with Git and Airflow workflows.
  • Deep understanding of key product metrics: retention, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, and conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Redash, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Practical understanding of game economy mechanics.
