What you will do
- Design and implement hybrid voice recognition systems for embedded and cloud platforms.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD environments and support software release cycles.
- Integrate platform releases and perform testing on development and infotainment systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported through tickets.
- Collaborate with customers, QA, QM, and internal teams to advance technology services.
- Provide technical recommendations to improve development workflows and system performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry and Android development.
- Proficiency in Linux as a host OS.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, build systems (Make, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, GitLab), and source control (Git, Artifactory).
- Programming proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, Shell-Script, and C/C++.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese.
Nice to have
- Experience with voice recognition software or multimedia streaming.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Experience with Unit Test Frameworks such as Google Test or JUnit.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
