What you will do

• Query and analyze massive, complex datasets to drive actionable product insights.
• Partner with Finance, CRM, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to improve user experience.
• Consult stakeholders on A/B test initiatives from concept to market.
• Act as the product owner for revenue and retention strategies.
• Apply statistical methodologies to distill insights and research customer behavior.
• Support forecasting and model the financial impact of new product ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• English proficiency: Fluent required.
• Strong knowledge of applied statistics (statistical testing, linear modeling, time series analysis).
• Ability to understand business impact beyond number-crunching and dashboards.
• Experience in product analytics for digital applications or consumer internet.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, CS, Engineering, or MBA).

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SPSS, SAS, or R.
