What you will do

• Build and refine core features for hirify.global Studio, including document viewers, data visualization, and extraction workflows.
• Create intuitive interfaces that decompose complex document processes for diverse users.
• Prototype and deliver new features such as document classification, translations, and real-time collaboration.
• Implement responsive interfaces using the existing design system to maintain high quality and velocity.
• Work closely with founders and customers to influence product direction based on direct feedback.
• Experiment with new interaction patterns to make AI-powered document processing intuitive and efficient.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person at the San Francisco office.
• 5+ years of experience building applications with modern frameworks.
• Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Proven track record of leading business-critical projects from zero to one.
• Strong design sensibility and a quantitative approach to building products.
• Comfortable with the full development lifecycle, from ideation to shipping to users.

Nice to have

• Prior experience founding a company or building products at early-stage startups.
• Experience with document rendering, PDF parsing, or complex data visualization.
• Deep curiosity about the latest developments in frontend engineering and design systems.
