Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Manage global business for high-priority clients through daily and weekly communication.
• Lead and mentor a team of Associate Account Directors, Analysts, and Coordinators.
• Oversee hiring, training, and career development for media team members.
• Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across multiple digital platforms.
• Provide actionable insights and analysis for campaign performance and optimization.
• Facilitate testing of new platforms and emerging trends in programmatic advertising.

Requirements

• 10+ years of agency experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
• Extensive experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven record of managing complex client accounts with annual spends of $2mm+.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Economics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
