Salary: $148,000 – $187,000.

What you will do

• Own and execute the media program, including pitching, briefing, and securing coverage across target outlets.
• Develop and implement a cohesive external communications strategy to elevate brand profile and showcase company momentum.
• Coordinate press and communications around product launches, business updates, and brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
• Manage social media programs to drive corporate narrative and executive visibility.
• Protect the brand through proactive reputational management and effective responses to market challenges.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in public relations or communications.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships with top-tier journalists and influencers.
• Strong experience in managing organic social media and driving corporate narratives.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage agencies and work across cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a flexible approach to time management.
