What you will do

• Support the implementation of characterization, qualification, and production test solutions for integrated circuits.
• Design and develop automated test equipment and bench test hardware/software.
• Learn and apply yield improvement techniques and statistical process control methods.
• Work on defined technical problems by following standard practices and procedures.
• Operate laboratory equipment and measurement instruments for product analysis.
• Present internship project results to the management team and peers.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Availability for industrial attachment or a summer internship.
• Basic knowledge of statistical methods, process control, and PCB hardware design.
• Programming proficiency in C, C++, Python, or VisualBasic.
• Understanding of IC design simulation tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Hsinchu.
