What you will do

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterate on creative assets based on real-time performance data and feedback.
• Adapt motion content for diverse ad formats across platforms like Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok.
• Collaborate closely with creative marketing managers to ensure brand cohesion.
• Optimize files, compression, and rendering processes for efficient delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience with mobile or web products.
• Proven proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Practical experience working with AI-based design or animation tools.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and content creation strategies.
• English level: B1 minimum required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed animation projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating UGC content or sound effects.
• Skills in Lottie/Rive for web animation or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software.
