What you will do

• Conduct advanced KYB for corporate clients, focusing on complex legal structures and UBO identification.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients and jurisdictions.
• Review and monitor ongoing cases in compliance with international AML/CFT requirements.
• Analyze transactional behavior and investigate suspicious activity.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in AML with a focus on KYB processes.
• Strong understanding of corporate onboarding and risk-based approaches.
• English: Full professional proficiency required (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently and make reasoned compliance decisions.
• Must be able to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto regulations and blockchain transaction monitoring tools like Elliptic or Chainalysis.
