Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus (Onsite)

A fast-growing outsourced IT support company currently expanding its operations and service capabilities.

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 voice and SMS carriers.
  • Negotiate interconnection agreements, rates, and SLAs to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze carrier performance metrics such as ASR, ACD, and PDD to maintain call quality.
  • Optimize Least-Cost Routing (LCR) configurations and monitor traffic profitability.
  • Coordinate with NOC and billing departments to resolve routing, latency, and invoice issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand carrier coverage across new regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in carrier relations, wholesale VoIP operations, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of SIP protocols, VoIP routing, and interconnection principles.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting.
  • English proficiency required for professional communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with softswitch platforms like PortaOne, Sippy, or FreeSWITCH.
  • Knowledge of telecom billing, fraud prevention, and traffic monitoring systems.
  • Experience with voice and SMS interconnection models.
