What you will do

• Conduct UX audits of current booking funnels and competitive analysis of major industry players.
• Develop and refine Customer Journey Maps for end-to-end booking processes.
• Translate user research and pain points into effective wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design responsive mobile-first layouts and maintain a scalable design system.
• Utilize analytics data to form hypotheses and design variants for A/B testing.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, particularly within ecommerce or booking platforms.
• Proficiency in both UX research methodologies and high-fidelity UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design solutions.
• Advanced skills in Figma including prototyping, components, and auto-layout.
• Fluent in English as the primary working language.
• Proficiency in Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics platforms like PostHog, Hotjar, or Google Analytics.
• Track record of successful A/B testing implementation.
• Background in the travel or charter industry.
• Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS for practical design implementation.
