What you will do

• Analyze client business processes, instructions, and conversation transcripts.
• Design effective scripts and prompts for AI agents.
• Create and manage training and test datasets.
• Develop and apply performance assessment methodologies for AI quality.
• Refine agent interactions based on analytical findings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Europe or the US.
• 2–3+ years of experience working with data in AI/ML projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience prompting multiple LLMs for business use cases.
• Proven ability to design conversational flows for AI agents using platforms like RASA.
• Strong background in business process analysis, ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex systems and communicate findings.
