What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI MVPs from ideation to deployment.
• Design and prototype AI-native user experiences including RAG, agents, and multimodal interfaces.
• Integrate foundation models, vector databases, and third-party APIs into customer environments.
• Iterate in short 1-3 week cycles to validate ideas through working code.
• Bridge bleeding-edge AI research into practical, scalable applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to co-create product spikes and innovative features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and launching software projects or startups.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using React, Next.js, and backend technologies like Node or Python.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Strong product sense and ability to own the design, build, and deployment lifecycle.
• English proficiency required

Nice to have

• Contributions to open source projects or AI developer tooling.
• Experience with community-driven features or maintaining technical blogs/newsletters.
• Knowledge of Autogen or advanced agent orchestration patterns.
