Senior Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG): Shaping the commercial destiny of our RPG portfolio across multiple live titles with an accent on how players earn, spend, and engage. Focus on designing scalable RPG economy systems, defining pricing, and building economy simulations and data models.

What you will do

• Design scalable RPG economy systems that become a replicable strategic asset across titles.
• Own the economic impact of every product feature, assessing KPI implications before launch.
• Define pricing, sink/source balancing, and offer targeting strategies to drive IAP conversion and long-term player engagement.
• Build economy simulations and data models, owning all quantitative economy work end-to-end.
• Partner directly with studios and publishing teams, translating complex economy frameworks into clear, actionable guidance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in free-to-play RPG economy design.
• Direct RPG F2P economy ownership: you’ve designed and driven the core economy of a free-to-play RPG title end-to-end.
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL is a must.
• Hands-on execution mindset: you implement and iterate.
• Structured thinking and clear documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Python or R experience for economic modeling and simulation.
• Basic Unity knowledge for direct studio collaboration.
• Experience on titles with significant IAP in the top 200 grossing RPG charts.
• An AI-native workflow: you actively use AI to build models, speed up analysis, and multiply your output.
