Location: Salford, UK. Flexible working options are available and can be discussed during the application process.

Salary: £24,600 - £31,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Create content for the Careers website, including uploading videos, writing articles, and adding promos/links.
• Support the set-up and delivery of the campaign launch, identifying contributors and ambassadors.
• Undertake audience research to ensure content reflects the needs and motivations of 14–19-year-olds.
• Identify emerging trends across youth, sport, and careers content to shape campaign storytelling.
• Monitor analytics to track user behavior, engagement, and traffic sources.
• Support the assistant producer in creating promotional content aimed at schools.

Requirements

• Strong digital skillset with experience in creating and working with digital content assets across platforms including social.
• Experience in using digital content management systems.
• Sound editorial judgement and a demonstrable passion for creating engaging educational content for young people.
• Interest in working with statistics and audience data to inform decisions around content.
• Creative and driven self-starter, able to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a small team.

Nice to have

• Interest in Football would be an advantage.
