What you will do

• Manage and update referential data for issuers and their financial instruments.
• Edit market notices for new share admissions and manage the listing process for various financial instruments.
• Manage corporate actions for ETP, Fixed Income, Securitised Derivatives, and GEM/EuroTLX-Equity.
• Contribute to changes in market rules and suggest IT solutions to facilitate information flow from issuers to markets.
• Interact with issuers, listing agents, growth advisors, and specialists to advise on rule application and compliance.
• Monitor information disseminated by issuers and media to assess the need for suspensions, restorations, or delistings.

Requirements

• Previous relevant corporate actions experience.
• Working knowledge of database management and tools programming: MS Office, Macros, VBA Access, and SQL.
• Proven analytic, synthesis, and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of financial markets and their evolution from a business, competition, regulatory, and technological perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: Fluent; French, Italian, and German are a plus.
