Salary: €61,200 - €77,000

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with payments and banking partners.
• Resolve payments issues with third parties or from customer escalations.
• Support implementation projects with third parties, coordinating onboarding, contracting, and program delivery.
• Build new back-office processes to manage and scale EU payment systems.
• Partner with engineering, product, and COps teams to support scaling payments for EU customers.
• Establish processes to manage performance for partners and operations.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-moving companies such as tech or consultancy.
• Familiarity with European payment systems (SEPA, Bizum, IDEAL) - first-hand experience in Ireland or Spain is essential.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Highly adaptable and excel at context-switching across a wide range of tasks.
• Ability to build and scale complex operational systems.
• Organized and have managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
