What you will do

• Perform detailed valuation analysis and financial modeling for equity instruments, options, warrants, and debt.
• Utilize advanced quantitative methods including Monte Carlo simulations and binomial lattice models.
• Oversee data-intensive financial analysis, projections, and economic research.
• Maintain active communication with clients and engagement teams to manage expectations and ensure project deadlines.
• Document valuation positions and prepare files based on source documentation.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a consulting practice or similar valuation function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, econometrics, and regression analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 15% per year as required.

Nice to have

• Progression towards CFA, CVA, or ABV certifications.
• Experience with VBA, Stata, C++, R, Python (Numpy/Pandas), or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS standards.
