What you will do

• Design and implement a multi-tenant, multi-market platform architecture for international expansion.
• Define strategy for data modeling, service boundaries, APIs, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish secure authentication flows and develop self-service capabilities.
• Lead development by delivering high-quality code and the initial platform MVP.
• Document architectural choices to ensure long-term system maintainability.
• Maintain communication with business stakeholders to align technical progress with product goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Stockholm
• Deep experience with AWS in cloud-native environments
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Proven track record as a Lead or Staff Engineer designing new architectures
• Strong understanding of regulated multi-tenant SaaS environments
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in the HealthTech sector
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance
• Experience with React Native
• Prior experience with Azure
