What you will do

• Own the technical direction of applications, balancing immediate needs with long-term maintainability.
• Evaluate full stack database schemas, APIs, and frontend applications to improve overall architecture.
• Design incremental migration paths with clear rollback points and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend leads, providing architectural guidance.
• Work alongside developers and QA engineers, reviewing approaches and fostering team growth.
• Establish patterns and practices for codebase maintainability and document architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Experience evolving live production systems through careful migration, versioning, and transition.
• Full-stack ownership with comfort in both frontend and backend work, understanding layer interdependencies.
