Associate Manager, AIOps Engineering (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Lead and grow an AIOps engineering team focused on RPA, AI/ML, and DataOps.
• Set strategic direction and guide the team toward organizational goals.
• Implement AI services and solutions that address business needs and deliver measurable value.
• Drive advanced monitoring, automated incident response, and IT performance optimization.
• Oversee the streaming, collection, and processing of big data to support data-driven decisions.
• Track the operational and business outcomes of AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading and building successful AIOps engineering teams.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing engineers and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience designing and implementing robust, scalable RPA solutions and automating repetitive processes.
• In-depth knowledge of data pipelines, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML and big data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Confluent Kafka.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
