What you will do

- Champion the strategic implementation of AI-powered monitoring and automated incident response solutions.

- Measure and track the business impact of AI-driven initiatives against organizational goals.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading and building successful AIOps or high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in RPA design, implementation, and process automation.
- In-depth knowledge of data pipelines, governance, and quality principles.
- Proficiency with major cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kafka.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor team members and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
