What you will do

  • Build and nurture key account relationships within retail and hobby sectors from the ground up.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and develop partnership strategies to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and drive revenue by identifying new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support new product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Gather market feedback and insights from the collector community to inform growth strategies.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conventions, and pop-ups to engage with the target audience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage account negotiations and business development pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of collector culture, hype, and market trends.
  • Previous background in streetwear, gaming, or the entertainment industry is considered a significant asset.
