What you will do
- Apply machine learning to user intention prediction, user segmentation, product recommendation, campaign content optimization, and send time optimization.
- Translate product goals and business needs into well-defined ML problems with product teams.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy reliable and maintainable models into production.
- Conduct offline and online model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization after deployment.
- Track current research and propose innovative applications of machine learning.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience applying ML techniques in prediction, optimization, segmentation, or recommendation.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an impact-driven mindset, and continuous interest in advanced technologies.
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying enterprise-grade ML models and developing model pipelines and performance dashboards.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leading industry projects.
- MarTech industry experience and interest in building customer-centric products.
