What you will do

• Develop end-to-end ML solutions for user intention, segmentation, product recommendations, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and scope ML projects based on business goals.
• Partner with ML engineers to deploy models, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and production stability.
• Conduct comprehensive model evaluations, monitoring, and continuous performance optimization.
• Stay current with research trends and propose innovative applications to solve marketing challenges.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to establishing team development standards.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience applying machine learning techniques to real-world prediction or recommendation problems.
• Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade ML pipelines and performance monitoring.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills.
• Experience using LLM-powered tools for development productivity.
