Autonomous Driving Algorithm & Systems Engineer (AI): Building robust, production-grade autonomous driving systems across perception, localization, motion forecasting, planning, and real-time map generation with an accent on sensor validation, synchronization, coordinate alignment, and degraded-data fallbacks. Focus on integrating and optimizing machine-learning algorithms across camera, odometry, radar, and lidar inputs while meeting ISO 21448 (SOTIF) requirements.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for perception, including object detection, classification, and tracking.
- Develop solutions for localization, motion forecasting, planning, and real-time map generation.
- Validate sensor inputs for ISO 21448 (SOTIF), including data formats, timing, synchronization, and coordinate alignment.
- Design fallback mechanisms for missing or degraded camera, odometry, radar, and lidar data.
- Collaborate with systems and software teams to integrate algorithms into the autonomous driving stack.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
- At least one year of relevant work or academic experience.
- Strong knowledge of autonomous driving algorithms or related system integration.
- Background in machine-learning-based computer vision or large language model technologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
Nice to have
- Experience with autonomous driving algorithms.
- Experience deploying machine learning models.
- Experience optimizing models through pruning and quantization.
