What you will do

• Build and optimize prediction models for advertising and enterprise products.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, and test advanced models for predictive consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to deploy real-time model implementations.
• Develop scalable, automated processes for model development, validation, and deployment.
• Research and evaluate pioneering statistical models and machine learning techniques.

Requirements

• Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Math, or Statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in data mining, algorithms, statistical analysis, NLP, or machine learning.
• Solid system design and programming skills with the ability to handle big data independently.
• Proven record of solving complex problems in academic or industrial settings.
• Extensive publication experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to prioritize competing challenges in a fast-growth environment.
