What you will do

• Implement and maintain security controls across multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud) and on-prem infrastructure.
• Design and enforce secure, scalable IAM models for corporate and production access.
• Operate custody security controls including HSMs, secrets management, and key handling for trading operations.
• Harden CI/CD pipelines and integrate security into cloud provisioning and system configuration.
• Configure and manage corporate security tooling including endpoint protection and identity management.
• Triage, investigate, and remediate security incidents while automating detection and response workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Europe
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering or operations.
• Strong expertise in IAM strategy across cloud environments.
• Practical knowledge of cloud security controls (AWS/Azure preferred) and CI/CD security (GitLab).
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Demonstrated experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services, crypto, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with corporate IT security tools such as Jamf, DLP, or SSO/IdP platforms.
