TL;DR

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Must be based in or able to work from Dublin.

What you will do

  • Review fundraiser content and manage policy escalations to maintain platform integrity and beneficiary safety.
  • Conduct high-risk investigations and support crisis response protocols during time-sensitive situations.
  • Mentor Analyst I peers and lead quality assurance initiatives to improve team performance.
  • Identify policy gaps and provide actionable insights to leadership for long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Communications teams on high-profile fundraising cases.
  • Manage ticket queues efficiently while navigating complex, sensitive, and graphic material.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, risk, fraud prevention, or operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex investigations and independent decision-making under pressure.
  • Must be able to review sensitive material, including potentially disturbing content such as violence or exploitation.
  • Must be available for a fixed Wednesday-Sunday work schedule, including holiday shifts.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and monitor trends.
  • Experience mentoring team members and supporting onboarding or training programs.
