About the Role

You will design and implement testing strategies for trading features, create and maintain automated frontend test suites, execute test cases to validate requirements, identify and document defects, collaborate with engineers to reproduce and fix issues, integrate QA into CI/CD, and proactively monitor product health to catch regressions early.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented mindset, proactive ownership, and passion for shipping flawless user experiences
• Experience in software QA or test automation roles, ideally within fintech, trading, or blockchain
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing types including functional, regression, performance, and security
• Familiarity with bug lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, or Mocha
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)
• Bonus: experience with Solana, DeFi protocols, or performance testing high-throughput systems

Responsibilities

• Own the testing strategy for the trading platform, including manual, automated, functional, and performance testing
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for frontend
• Develop and execute test cases to validate product requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineers to reproduce and fix issues
• Establish and evolve best practices for QA processes, tooling, and CI/CD integration
• Define acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks with product and engineering
• Proactively monitor product health and catch regressions early to ensure stable releases
