Location: Full Remote (must be based in Poland)

What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for system efficiency optimization.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality software releases.
Drive QA best practices and contribute to the refinement of testing strategies and frameworks.

Requirements

Proven professional experience in both QA automation and performance testing.
Strong expertise with automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills are required.
