What you will do

• Lead security operations for the platform, focusing on threat identification and rapid incident response.
• Implement and govern GitHub Advanced Security tools to embed DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Design and maintain secure AI workflows and guardrails, including data protection and model risk management.
• Ensure platform compliance with internal security policies and external industry regulations.
• Draft and review technical architecture and cloud security documentation, with a focus on Azure environments.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in IT and security, specifically within software security and Agile/DevOps environments.
• Must be based in the United States to be considered for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Deep understanding of attack vectors, threat remediation strategies, and computer forensics.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps tooling like CodeQL, secret scanning, and IaC scanning.
• Proficiency in documenting security architecture and performing risk management.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIPP or CISSP.
• Prior experience with Azure cloud security architecture.
