What you will do

• Collect releases from bloggers and maintain a structured release tracking table.
• Manage the process of creating links for bloggers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare daily reports on issues in blogger releases.
• Source YouTube/Twitch influencers and validate their performance metrics.
• Improve the quality and efficiency of internal team processes.
• Manage microtasks and ad hoc requests (research, list building, script writing).

Requirements

• English level B2 (written and spoken).
• Experience creating scripts to automate processes and working with AI tools.
• Patience and willingness to handle daily routine tasks.
• Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and knowledge of basic formulas.

Nice to have

• Fluent in English/Chinese/APAC languages/German/French/Portuguese/Spanish.
• Passion for CS2.
• Experience running your own YouTube channel or streaming.
• Experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and basic prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of YouTube algorithms.
