Location: Remote - Nationwide. Hybrid role with on-site presence at our Denver office required as needed to support filming, production, and team collaboration. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT. For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption.

Salary: $79,400.00 - $112,175.00

What you will do

• Lead video filming efforts including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and composition.
• Collaborate with production manager, creative directors, writers, editors, designers, and marketing partners.
• Contribute to concept development, helping shape narratives and visual approaches.
• Edit video content from rough cut through final delivery, including sound design, color correction, and pacing refinement.
• Integrate motion graphic elements, text animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain organized workflows and production processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
• Strong hands-on production expertise including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and visual composition.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both production and post-production capabilities required.
