Location: Must be located in British Columbia.

Salary: $35 - 70 CAD / hour based on experience.

What you will do

• Composite shots and integrate CG and live-action elements.
• Perform tracking, roto, 3D projections, lighting, and color grading.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and speed.
• Work closely with teammates, director, and supervisor.

Requirements

• Substantial experience compositing in Nuke.
• Possess a strong sense of composition, color, lighting, perspective, and scale.
• Knowledge of roto, paint, tracking, keying, clean-up, and color correction.
• Excellent understanding of techniques and technologies related to CG rendering and compositing.
• Experience in set extension and matte painting integration.
• Maintain a clean and organised Nuke workflow.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to take direction and work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Stylized/2D Animation work.
• Experience compositing in After Effects.
• Experience with 3D tracking software, e.g. PFTrack, 3DEqualiser.
• Experience with 3D Animation software, e.g. Maya, Unreal.
• Scripting in Python.
