Salary: $220,000-$240,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform.
• Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
• Design and deliver customized use cases that align with customer goals.
• Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may impede customer success.
• Advocate for the customer's voice and feedback, actively influencing hirify.global's roadmap and product development.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, evaluating progress, and identifying areas for further improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience a plus.
• 12 years experience in Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or equivalent), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages and familiarity with APIs and web services.
• Prior experience working in a software company in a technical customer-facing role is essential.
