Salary: $220,000 - $349,000 (USD, Zone A)

What you will do

• Drive engineering innovation across the entire company.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Spearhead research initiatives to explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Guide the approach and execution of a particular team or group of teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements to architect, design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python and hands-on experience with modern web technology such as React, Node.js, Tailwind.css, and frameworks such as Next.js and Remix.
• Solid grasp of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes and extensive experience designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience architecting and productionizing safe, observable, self-service agentic AI solutions for developer workflows.
• Deep understanding of monorepo management, including the design and architectural patterns required to maintain performance and developer sanity at scale.
• Proven track record of implementing safe deployment patterns (e.g., canary, blue/green) and automated rollback capabilities to ensure high availability.
