Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Turn machine learning proof of concepts and ideas into production-grade AI services.
• Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that reliably serve users in production.
• Design architectures for continuously collecting new training data.
• Build interfaces that deliver machine learning results to end users.
• Collaborate with client technology and business teams to select suitable technologies and address data needs.
• Contribute to software development, debugging, system design, and architecture.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience continuously developing and deploying machine learning models; typically 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with common machine learning tools, libraries, platforms, and techniques.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Cloud development experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong Python programming skills required; experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++ is a plus.
• Experience working with data using SQL, strong software engineering fundamentals, and good client communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Finnish in addition to English.
• Experience with additional programming languages.
