Fullstack Developer

TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (Fullstack): Building and optimizing diverse software products across the entire development lifecycle with an accent on delivering world-class technical expertise. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Helsinki (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Collaborate with client tech and business teams to define and implement appropriate technology stacks.
• Develop and maintain features across the full stack including frontend applications, backend servers, and database schemas.
• Design system architecture and participate in infrastructure-related decision making.
• Deliver high-level technical consultancy and expert guidance to client stakeholders.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and test automation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Broad experience across software development lifecycle including backend, frontend, and DevOps fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in at least one server-side language (Node.js, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Python, or Clojure).
• Strong knowledge of modern client-side frameworks, specifically React with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Practical experience with database management, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in Finnish.
• Previous experience in a consulting-heavy environment.
