Early Interest - Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid from the Helsinki office, with attendance required 3 days per week; remote work abroad is available for up to 30 days annually.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of new advertising platform integrations.
• Design and operate distributed, data-intensive systems and microservices at scale.
• Build automation systems processing large volumes of campaign and performance data.
• Develop and evolve client-facing APIs and backend services.
• Drive architectural decisions and align shared patterns across channels and teams.
• Partner with product and design, mentor engineers, and improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid frontend experience with React and modern web development practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous and event-driven architectures, and high-volume data processing.
• Ability to own complex problems from concept through production and contribute to technical direction.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and disciplines, with an interest in mentoring.
• Ability and willingness to work in the Helsinki office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with advertising platform integrations or campaign automation.
