Location: Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week

Salary: 15.000 - 20.000 PLN for a B2B contract

What you will do

• Hunt down repetitive tasks and wipe them out with automation.
• Prototype and deploy intelligent agents to assist teams, streamline workflows, and learn from data.
• Build and review code that keeps systems lean, fast, and unstoppable.
• Contribute to the AI strategy, from model selection to prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Write code that’s built for systems that adapt over time.
• Hold the line on code quality.

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of full-time coding experience
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of Python and Django
• Curiosity about or experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, FastAPI integrations).
• A knack for writing code that’s fast, clean, and built to last
• Comfortable testing with Pytest
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience working with Vue JS and Quasar.
• Solid skills with Docker and Linux
• The ability to write clear, concise documentation that others will actually read.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with performance optimization.
