Senior Backend Engineer (Python/AI) - Poland, Hybrid (Kraków)
€3800 Gross/month
Tech Stack: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Windows Environment,
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of commercial experience with Python
- Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Fluent English and Polish (Required)
Location: Poland (Remote-friendly, but office visits 2–3 times per month) EU Work Permit status required
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI agent platforms
- Availability for occasional evening meetings (6:00–7:00 PM) for U.S. team collaboration
- Experience in configuration and orchestration of intelligent agents
Responsibilities:
🔸 Development of the core agent platform components
🔸 Configuration, integration, and orchestration of intelligent agents
🔸 Support within the client's ecosystem
🔸 Collaboration with U.S.-based teams
Duration: 6 Months
Recruitment Process: 2 technical interview stages
